PRIVACY POLICY

GradeThemAll is operated by Karza LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Karza LLC", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use our AI card grading service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: email address and authentication info.
• Card photos: images you upload to be graded by our AI.
• Collection data: grades, raw values, and notes you save.
• Payment data: processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser, and basic analytics used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

• To run AI grading on photos you upload and return results to you.
• To maintain your account and collection.
• To process payments, credits, and subscriptions.
• To prevent abuse, including IP-based rate limits on anonymous scans.
• To improve the Service and debug issues.

When you use the in-browser scanner, your browser may ask for permission to access your camera or photo library. We only receive the specific image(s) you choose to submit. We do not silently access your camera roll or pull all of your photos.

Photos you submit are sent to our AI provider(s) (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI via our AI gateway) to generate a grade estimate. Providers process the image to return a result; per their policies, gateway traffic is not used to train their public models.

Account info and saved collection items are stored until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which removes your stored cards and profile. Payment and transaction records may be retained longer where required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations (typically up to 7 years).

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access GradeThemAll from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may request to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of their personal information, and may designate an authorized agent to act on their behalf. To exercise these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the legal bases we rely on are: performance of a contract (to provide your account and run AI grading you request); legitimate interests (to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve features); consent (for any optional cookies or marketing communications); and legal obligation (to retain payment and tax records). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage);
• AI providers used to generate grade estimates;
• Payment processors (Stripe) to handle transactions;
• Authorities when required by law.

We use cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and basic functionality. Disabling them will break login and core features.

Depending on your location (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly via your account; for anything you can't do in-app, email us at the address in the Contact section.

GradeThemAll is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
