GradeThemAll (the "Service") is operated by Karza LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Karza LLC", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GradeThemAll uses AI to estimate a likely grade for Pokémon trading cards based on photos you upload, and provides profit estimates if the card were submitted to PSA, BGS, or CGC.

Estimates are not guarantees. Predicted grades, market values, and profit numbers are informational only and may differ — sometimes significantly — from results returned by an actual grading company or sale price on the open market. You are solely responsible for any submission, purchase, or sale decisions you make.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Paid plans, credit packs, and subscriptions are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and credits are non-transferable. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

You retain ownership of photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process those photos to provide the Service (including running AI grading on them). You represent that you have the right to upload the photos you submit.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its rate limits;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or not a trading card photo;
• Use the Service to mislead buyers about a card's condition or grade;
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission.

The Service includes affiliate and referral links (Amazon, PSA, BGS, CGC, and others). See our Affiliate Disclosure.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI GRADE PREDICTIONS, MARKET VALUES, OR PROFIT ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRADETHEMALL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or for abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time from your Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Karza LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial, and any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose or be permanently barred.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
